How do I open a trade
account?
To open a trade account, send a copy
of your Alabama State Tax Certificate
to orders@dearingmuse.com. You are
welcome to complete our new client
form either online or when you visit our
showroom. You can find our New Client
form HERE.
Can I visit the showroom?
Do I need an appointment?
We are a design showroom that
services the trade community. There is
no appointment needed! You can find
the hours of operation on the Contact
page of our website. We will post
holiday hours and updates on our
Instagram, so feel free to follow along
there @dearingandmuse.
Can I bring my client to
the showroom?
We would love for you to bring your
client with you to the showroom. If
your client needs to come in without
you, please call ahead of time to
schedule an appointment. Our phone

Do you have samples I can
take to show my client?
Yes, we offer a wide range of samples
from most of our vendors that you can
check out. If we do not have a sample
available in the showroom, we are
happy to order one for you!

pricing and stock
information?
You can send all pricing and order

What forms of payment
do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and
American Express. When placing an
order, we do require payment at the
time of purchase.
Do you offer custom
furniture?
Yes! We are proud to offer a wide
range of custom furniture options
tailored to your space. We currently
carry Fabricut, Thibaut, and Hallman
furniture. Call or email us with order
or spec questions.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our ordering
process, all sales are final at the time
of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot
offer refunds or exchanges. If you have
any questions, feel free to call or email
