OPENING A TRADE ACCOUNT

To open a trade account, send a copy of your business license for this calendar year and/or your Alabama Sales Tax Certificate to orders@dearingmuse.com. You are welcome to complete our new client form either online or when you visit our showroom.

* Tax ID or Business License is a required field. A copy of your resale certificate must be submitted with the application. If you have multiple state exemptions, please submit all of them to avoid sales tax.
